Some hints of progress in curbing cruel and wasteful USDA predator-killing program

In October, a federal judge gave the green light to an agreement between environmental groups and the USDA to halt aerial gunning, trapping, snaring, and the use of cyanide on coyotes and other animals in 16 California counties.
