XM to Add HRC's 'The Agenda with Joe Solmonese' to XM Radio Online

In a move to make the Human Rights Campaign's weekly radio
show, "The Agenda with Joe Solmonese," available in multiple formats to
a broader audience, XM will make the program available through its
Internet streaming service, XM Radio Online, beginning Jan. 22, joining
XM's other original talk programs and music channels. The announcement,
by XM and HRC, continues the partnership to present programming
dedicated to the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender community.

"The Agenda" will continue to broadcast live each Monday from
6-8 p.m. ET on XM channel 200. Starting Jan. 22, each Monday night, the
show will be repeated in a two-hour loop beginning at 10 p.m. that night
on XM Online. By joining the XM Online programming, "The Agenda" will be
part of a talk and entertainment lineup that includes "Oprah & Friends,"
"XM Comedy" and XM's commercial-free music channels.

"We're excited about joining the online community because we
believe that so many people, youth in particular, get all their news and
entertainment online," said Joe Solmonese, Human Rights Campaign
president and host of "The Agenda." "From the beginning when we launched
'The Agenda,' we wanted to have a more direct conversation with America
about what it means to be gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender today,
and our online presence expands that reach."

Since the show's launch in July 2006, Solmonese and co-host Mary
Breslauer have brought an eclectic mix of news, politics, entertainment,
culture and music. Guests have ranged from politicos like Sen. Ted
Kennedy, Rep. Chris Shays and former White House Press Secretary Mike
McCurry; to religious leaders like Bishop Gene Robinson; to icons like
Armistead Maupin and Arianna Huffington; to entertainers like Jane Lynch
and Jennifer Holiday; to journalists and pundits from The New York
Times, The Washington Post, Newsweek and USA Today. Additionally, "The
Agenda" has taken a look at important issues like coming out as
transgender, HIV/AIDS in the African-American community and
back-to-school advice for GLBT parents.

XM Radio Online (xmro.xmradio.com) is available to current XM
subscribers as part of their basic monthly service. Standalone XM Radio
Online service is available to non-XM subscribers for $7.99 per month.
In conjunction with online availability of "The Agenda," consumers
across the country will be able to enjoy an extended two-week free trial
of "The Agenda" and the entire XM Radio Online lineup at no cost through
March 31. Complete details will be available at www.hrc.org/TheAgenda.

Coinciding with "The Agenda"'s online launch, HRC and XM are
running an advertising campaign online and in 26 GLBT newspapers around
the country.
